Swarmcast is a place to share video and audio. To keep it safe and lawful, the following are not allowed. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, strikes, or account termination.
Child safety — zero tolerance
No content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, in any form, real or simulated.
No grooming, no sexualized depiction of minors, no content that facilitates harm to children.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as required by law and cooperate with investigations.
No adult / sexually explicit content
Sexually explicit or pornographic content is not permitted on Swarmcast, whether real, animated, or AI-generated.
Nudity intended to be sexually gratifying, depictions of sexual acts, and similar content will be removed.

Violence and dangerous content
No incitement to violence, terrorism, or content promoting violent extremist organizations.
No credible threats, no celebration of violent tragedies, no instructions for seriously harmful acts (e.g. weapons, explosives).
Graphic violence shared to shock or glorify is not allowed; legitimate news, documentary, or educational context may be permitted with appropriate rating.
Harassment and hate
No targeted harassment, bullying, or threats.
No hate speech or incitement against people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or similar).
Illegal and harmful
No content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.
No sale or promotion of regulated or illegal goods, no facilitation of fraud or scams.
No content promoting self-harm or suicide; we may surface support resources instead.
Integrity and authenticity
No malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
No impersonation of others; no non-consensual intimate imagery; no doxxing (publishing private information to harm).
AI-generated or synthetic media depicting real, identifiable people must be disclosed at upload.
Intellectual property
Only upload content you own or have permission to use, including all music and audio. See the Copyright Policy.
Ratings
Mark content with mature themes (violence, strong themes) correctly. Mis-rating is a violation.
Enforcement
We use uploader attestations, user reports, and review to enforce these rules. Depending on severity we may remove content, apply a strike, restrict features, or terminate accounts. Serious or illegal content is actioned immediately. You can appeal most decisions.
