If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after the legally required waiting period unless the original claimant pursues legal action.
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that accumulate multiple valid copyright strikes will be terminated. Strikes may expire over time at our discretion.
Filing knowingly false notices or counter-notices may carry legal liability. We may reject or ignore incomplete or abusive notices.
